Returns & refund policy

Because our cookies are fresh, perishable food, they cannot be returned once delivered — but if something is wrong, we will replace or refund it.

No right of withdrawal for perishable food. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that spoil quickly. Your box falls under this exception, so we cannot accept returns once it has been delivered.

Cancelling before we ship. If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. If your box arrives damaged, contains the wrong cookies, or is missing items:

  1. Email deve.geterian@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the box and cookies.
  3. We will send a replacement or refund the affected items — your choice.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Πολιτική επιστροφών

Τα cookies μας είναι φρέσκα, ευπαθή τρόφιμα, για αυτό δεν επιστρέφονται μετά την παράδοση. Αν όμως κάτι πάει στραβά, θα τα αντικαταστήσουμε ή θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα.

  • Δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης: σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 16 της Οδηγίας 2011/83/ΕΕ, το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης 14 ημερών δεν ισχύει για αγαθά που αλλοιώνονται γρήγορα. Το κουτί σας εμπίπτει σε αυτή την εξαίρεση, άρα δεν επιστρέφεται μετά την παράδοση.
  • Ακύρωση πριν την αποστολή: στείλτε μας email όσο το δυνατόν νωρίτερα. Αν η παραγγελία δεν έχει αποσταλεί ακόμα, ακυρώνουμε και επιστρέφουμε όλο το ποσό.
  • Χαλασμένα, λάθος ή ελλιπή προϊόντα: στείλτε email στο deve.geterian@gmail.com μέσα σε 48 ώρες από την παράδοση, με τον αριθμό παραγγελίας και φωτογραφία. Θα σας στείλουμε νέο κουτί ή θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα, όπως προτιμάτε.
  • Επιστροφή χρημάτων: γίνεται στον ίδιο τρόπο πληρωμής μέσα σε 5–10 εργάσιμες, ανάλογα με την τράπεζά σας.

Η παρούσα πολιτική δεν θίγει τα νόμιμα δικαιώματά σας ως καταναλωτή.
